STATHS TRUST Virtual 5K Run/Walk Fundraiser

St. Andrew Technical High School TRUST (STATHS TRUST) is a non-profit, charitable foundation established by a group of past students almost 15 years ago for the support, maintenance and advancement of St. Andrew Technical High School for perpetuity. The school, in Kingston, Jamaica, celebrates its 60th ‘Diamond Jubilee’ Anniversary in April which also coincides with the 15th Anniversary of the TRUST. To assist in the celebration of this event, the TRUST had planned a Physical 5K Run /Walk Fundraiser. However, due to the restrictions imposed by the COVID 19 pandemic and the protocols, the decision was taken to have a Virtual 5K Event instead. The event would have a global reach and would allow more Alumni and others in the diaspora to participate. STATHS TRUST Virtual 5K Run/Walk Fundraiser will be officially launched tomorrow (Tuesday March 16). The target participants in this Virtual 5K Run/Walk event are the Alumni - past students at home and abroad, the Track & Field Fraternity, friends and well-wishers of the school. Prospective participants can demonstrate their support by registering for an event of their choice, at “myraceresults.com” powered by BecaSports, during the period February 30 – April 10, 2021.
