Toni Spicer, JP. began her four years at STATHS in 1982 in first form 1D, where she enrolled in the Commercial department CB21 to CB41. In her final year, 1985, She was assigned and served as the Form Prefect for CE21 and House Captain.

During Toni’s time, she participated for 2 consecutive years at Champs Track meets at the National Stadium. Involvement included the girls’ 4×4 relay, long jump, and high jump. She was also a member of the Netball Team.  After leaving STATHS, Toni’s career started in 1987 in the Insurance industry. Presently, she is a Senior Advisor at Sagicor Life and a Trustee for all Advisor within the Sagicor Group.

As part of giving back to her Alma Mater, Toni is presently a part of 2 major committees. Namely the S.W. Issacs Henry Invitational Track Meet and this our Trust committee.  She is also a member of the Past Student Association, the Jamaica chapter.

She is also a part of UTECH alumni.

Presently, Toni is a Justice of the Peace (JP) for Jamaica, serving in the Parish of St. Andrew.  As a JP, Toni has been trained in various areas of services, but the two areas she is primarily interested in are Mediation and Child Diversion, where she assists whenever needed.

She still stands with my beloved school’s motto, “Honor Deligence and Service,” with all the above mentioned.
